Shipping Policy

• Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery time: Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. (delivery times may vary by location).

• Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout.

• Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

• Currently shipping: United States only (international coming soon).

Returns & Exchanges

• We want you to love your Sipvera tumbler. If you’re not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

• Returns must be unused, in original condition, and include the premium gift box.

• To start a return, email us at contactus@sipvera.com with your order number.

• Once approved, we’ll provide a return label (cost may be deducted from refund unless the item was defective).

Refunds

• Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your tumbler arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contactus@sipvera.com with photos, and we’ll make it right.
